We at STARR ECOMMERCE work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days (also known as handling time) after receiving an order. From that point, it takes approximately 10-20 days for items to arrive. Shipping time frames are based on your specific location - depending on your location, the order could take up to 4 weeks (28 days) to arrive.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at.

Shipping is and always will be free regardless of your location.

We have fulfillment centers located in the United States, Europe, Canada and China.
